Our fitness program focuses on improving your strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance, coordination and cardiovascular health for both men and women over the age of 12. We realize each individual has unique goals and limitations and have alternatives and equipment to insure that each client is getting the best workout possible at any fitness level.

Every client receives a jump start nutrition guide to promote healthy eating habits, and has the option of being weighed and measured each month to track their progress in the program. Besides classes, we promote an active lifestyle and encourage our members to participate in local events such as 5K runs and longer marathons.

JAB encourages everyone to have fun, change their lifestyle and push themselves to their fullest capabilities. We thrive on your personal success because we know how rewarding and life changing weight loss and muscle gains can be!

About Jessica

As a wife and mother of 4, I know how demanding life can be. I am certified through the International Sports Science Association, and am CPR certified through Red Cross. In 2009, before having my last 2 children, I entered the International Natural Body Building and Fitness Figure Competition and placed 1st in my class. I have also competed in three other Natural Body Building Figure competitions, two in which I took third place. I have participated and have been teaching group strength training classes, cardio conditioning classes, and kick boxing classes for over ten years. I have trained group classes with all ages and client capabilities and have learned safe and effective ways of training for all clients with injuries or special needs. I am very comfortable with alternative exercises to insure that each client is getting the best workout possible.

I have competed in several half marathons (13.1 miles) – the latest being 4 months after my youngest baby was born, and have trained clients to prepare them for all types of running events. I have mixed martial arts training experience and have taught group and personal kickboxing classes and assisted self defense classes. I also offer spin cycle programs. I have completed nutrition research and attended many group nutrition classes. I have put together competitive body building diet plans along with general weight loss diet plans and our very own biggest loser program. I am a very outgoing person and am very easy to talk to, so if you ever need anything please feel free to call or text me! Your success is my number one priority.
